PhoneTag

PhoneTag is our basic messaging system. Simply record your message in your voice, then allow PhoneTag to make the calls for you. It will dial out over multiple telephone lines to deliver the message quickly and efficiently. PhoneTag will even leave messages on answering machines, if so desired.

Call start and end times
PhoneTag allows for calling within pre-specified times. Using this feature, you can set your PhoneTag message and have the system begin calling in the evening, when most people are at home. You can Configure PhoneTag to stop calling automatically, at any time

Group Codes
PhoneTag allows you to call only specific groups within your calling list, or simply call the entire list except for a certain group. Simply click on the groups you want to include or exclude, or identify those groups through our voice menu, if you are using our unique call-in feature, before you initiate your call session.

Allow called party to respond
PhoneTag allows the called party to respond to the message that they just received. They can simply press any touch tone key on the phone keypad to respond to a menu of choices that you can pre-set in your voice menu.
You can even set up an automated response to one or more keypad selections.
For example, your message might be:
“if you are planning to attend our annual ski trip, please press 1 now, for more information, press 2”.
If callers press 1, PhoneTag can respond with directions for the next step on how to enroll. If they press 2, PhoneTag can tell them that they will be receiving a packet in the mail shortly.

Import/Export
PhoneTag allows for extremely flexible import and export capabilities. The system can import names, phone numbers, group codes, etc. from virtually any type of ASCII delimited or fixed length text file.

PhoneTag also allows for importing field information from ODBC compliant databases.

Remote dial in
PhoneTag allows you to check the responses, change the messages and switch it on and off even if you’re out of the office. PhoneTag’s remote dial in gives you many of the options of being at work without leaving your home.
