PhoneTag Plus also offers personalized messaging to each individual number called. Using our sophisticated yet easy to use scripting language, the operator can customize the message for each called party without having to make a separate recording for each call. The system will read the specified information from the database and, based on the script instructions, the system will select which of the pre-set recordings belong in this call. The personalized message allows for all the variables your different clients may have.
