Our MediCall System incorporates all the customized messaging features of the PhoneTag Plus system, but is designed specifically for the Medical industry. Automatically and unattended, MediCall will call and remind your patients of their upcoming appointment the night before, when most people are home. And it will keep calling, as many times as you want, until everyone is reached and has responded to MediCall’s easy to use response system.

It will, like all of our products, leave messages on answering machines as well. When MediCall is finished dialing, you receive a printed report of who it reached and who it did not. The report will give you all the pertinent information regarding the call to assure you that the message was received by the right person.

MediCall Response system is easy to use, simply include a message prompt giving the patient a couple of options to respond to such as “press one to confirm or two to cancel”, and you can then set Medicall to play a particular message based on the key that was pressed.

With MediCall, there is also no problem with last minute confirmation calls. The system dials over multiple phone lines simultaneously to deliver the customized message to each patient. The system will detect busy signals, no answers, and will even leave messages on answering machines.

Using your voice, MediCall will notify each patient of any information you need to pass on, speaking their name, date, time and practically any other information you wish to convey.

Using our sophisticated scripting language, you can incorporate all the necessary appointment information into your message. You can even include such detailed information as why they are coming for the appointment and the best way to prepare for it. MediCall can handle multiple locations or doctors and include directions to whichever office the patient is expected at.
