PhoneTag PPD can run in two modes, either business based or residential calling. When one usually makes a business calls, the typical routine is to call the number and either ask for the person you are planning to speak to, or to navigate through the automated attendant to reach your desired party (not to mention the dreaded hold music). Using PhoneTag PPD, one would simply click on the record of the client that they are planning to dial. If they happen to reach the persons voice mail, PhoneTag PPD can either hang-up or, at the click on a button, play a pre-recorded message.

Here's how it works:
PhoneTag PPD will read the telephone numbers from your telemarketing list, and dial them. Using up to three phone lines simultaneously. If a busy signal, no answer, or answering machine is encountered, PhoneTag PPD will either hang-up or leave your pre-recorded message and then try the next call.

What is predictive dialing?
Conventional predictive dialers typically involve one computer, or dialer, that is dedicated for dialing thousands of telephone numbers over many telephone lines. Once a live connected call is reached, it will pass that call to the next available agent. This type of system will filter out busy calls, no answers and answering machines so that the dialer can spend most of his or her time on the telephone talking to real people instead of constantly dealing with machines or busy signals.

This type of system though, with it’s large expense and complicated user instructions is typically reserved for large call centers. Most companies won’t even set up a predictive dialing system for an office with less then at least 8 calling agents. PhoneTag PPD now provides the ideal solution for the small call center.
